The Owner - Nate Hawks
Nate Hawks is the owner and founder of Hawks Lawn & Landscape. What started with a mower, a passion for the outdoors, and the drive to build something of his own has grown into a company dedicated to providing high-quality landscape and outdoor living services throughout Southwest Michigan.
A key part of what sets Hawks Lawn & Landscape apart is Nate’s commitment to education and continued growth within the green industry. Nate studied Landscape and Nursery Management and Agribusiness at Michigan State University, where he gained valuable knowledge in landscape maintenance and design, plant materials, business management, and industry leadership. His education is paired with real-world experience gained from building and operating Hawks Lawn & Landscape.
Michigan State University has also provided Nate with opportunities to connect with industry professionals, and compete on a national level within the landscape industry. By bringing that knowledge and experience back to the company, Hawks Lawn & Landscape is able to combine hands-on experience with current industry education and innovative ideas.
Every project is approached with an understanding of not only how to build and maintain a beautiful outdoor space, but also the importance of proper planning, quality materials, plant selection, and long-term functionality.
As Hawks Lawn & Landscape continues to grow, Nate remains committed to building a company known for quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and a passion for creating outdoor spaces that clients can enjoy for years to come.
